本研究は、アジア・オセアニアを中心とした複数国のてんかん診療医を対象に、
妊娠中管理、精神的健康、ガイドライン遵守状況などの臨床実践を調査することで、
診療の課題を明らかにし、将来的なてんかん医療の質向上に資することを目的とする。

This study aims to investigate the clinical practices of physicians involved in epilepsy care, focusing on pregnancy management, mental health, and guideline adherence, to identify current challenges and contribute to improving the quality of epilepsy care globally.

国際ガイドライン適合度および診療態度の地域差（症例ビネットに基づく指標）
・内容：国際的推奨に対する診療態度の合致度（アドヒアランス）と、国際ガイドラインのない領域における治療選択の地域差とその要因を評価する。
・測定時点／方法：アンケート回答時点に症例ビネット設問を採点（合成スコア＋項目別指標）。
