選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

・研究開始時点で小学5年生または小学6年生
・クラブチームにて、週3回以上練習または試合に参加している
・男子はサッカー、女子はバスケットボールに取り組んでいる者

- Individuals who are in the 5th or 6th grade at the start of the study.
- Individuals who participate in club team practices or games at least three times a week.
- Male individuals who play soccer, or female individuals who play basketball.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
・研究開始時点で、外傷・障害や疾病によりスポーツから離脱しており、調査期間の50%にあたる8週間以上、スポーツに復帰できる見込みがない者
・スポーツ医科学的なサポート（食事や栄養に関する講習や、外傷・障害への支援など）を定期的に受けている

- Individuals who have left sports due to an injury or illness at the start of the study, and are not expected to return for at least 8 weeks (50% of the survey period).
- Individuals who regularly receive medical support.
