2016年8月1日～2029年3月31日の間に、通所介護を含む訪問リハビリテーションまたは通所リハビリテーションを30日以上利用した要介護高齢者とその主介護者

Older adults who used home- or day-care rehabilitation services, including day-care services under the long-term care insurance system, for more than 30 days between August 1, 2016 and March 31, 2029.
The primary caregivers of the above users.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
主要アウトカム項目の50%以上が欠損している者。
オプトアウトにより研究参加を拒否した者。
文書および口頭による同意が得られなかった者。

Individuals with missing data for more than 50% of the primary outcome measures.
Individuals who opted out of participation in the study.
Individuals from whom written and verbal informed consent could not be obtained.

本研究は、多機関共同による後方視的観察研究であり、2016年8月1日から2029年3月31日までに訪問リハビリテーションまたは通所リハビリテーションを30日以上利用した要介護高齢者およびその主介護者を対象とする。各機関で収集された診療情報およびリハビリテーション実施計画書のデータを匿名化し、代表機関において統合したデータベースを用いて縦断的に分析する。

This study is a multicenter retrospective observational study. The participants are older adults in need of long-term care who used home- or day-care rehabilitation services for more than 30 days between August 1, 2016, and March 31, 2029, as well as their primary caregivers. Clinical records and rehabilitation care plans collected at each institution will be anonymized and integrated into a database managed by the coordinating institution, and longitudinal analyses will be conducted using these data.
