手術室に入室する前に、病棟でロールアップストッキネット（SIGMAX社製）を四肢に装着後、電気毛布（TEKNOS社製、EM-713M）を使用し、設定温度は「中（35 ± 5℃）」として、対象者の全身を覆い15から20分の加温を行う。

Intervention group
Before entering the operating room, participants will have roll-up stockinette (SIGMAX) applied to all limbs in the ward, followed by whole-body warming with an electric blanket (TEKNOS, EM-713M) set at 'medium' (35 +/- 5C) for 15-20 minutes.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

①同意取得時の年齢が65歳以上の患者
②全身麻酔にて、ロボット支援下肺切除術（RATS）を受ける患者
③本研究の参加について同意した患者

1, Patients aged 65 years or older at the time of informed consent.
2, Patients scheduled to undergo robot-assisted pulmonary resection (RATS) under general anesthesia.
3, Patients who have provided informed consent to participate in this study.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
①65歳未満の患者
②ペースメーカー等の医用電気機器を装着している、または立位保持や測定器具の把持が困難である患者
③麻痺や知覚鈍麻等の神経症状がある患者

1, Patients younger than 65 years.
2, Patients with implanted medical electrical devices such as a pacemaker, or those who have difficulty maintaining a standing position or holding measurement instruments.
3, Patients with neurological symptoms such as paralysis or sensory impairment.
