心不全治療薬としてβ遮断薬を新規に導入した心不全患者
本試験の参加にあたり十分な説明を受けた後、十分な視界の上、本人の自由意思による分所同意が得られた患者

Patients who are 18 years of age or older at the time of consent.
Patients diagnosed heart failure newly introduced to beta-blocker as treatment for heart failure.
Patients who have been fully informed of the study and who have given written consent of their own free will.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

服薬アドヒアランスが顕著に悪い患者
進行癌の患者
自己免疫疾患を持つ患者
主治医等が不適当と判断した患者

Patients with advanced cancer
Patients with a history of autoimmune disease.
Patients deemed inappropriate by the attending physician, etc.

【研究デザイン】
単施設前向き観察研究
【目的】
アドレナリンβ1受容体の遺伝子多型および自己抗体の解析によって心不全患者のクラスタリングを行い、β遮断薬に対する薬物応答性のクラスタ間の差異を評価する。
【対象患者】
・同意取得時において年齢が18歳以上の患者
・心不全治療薬としてβ遮断薬を新規に導入した心不全患者
・本試験の参加にあたり十分な説明を受けた後、十分な視界の上、本人の自由意思による分所同意が得られた患者

Study Design:
Single-center prospective observational study
Objective:
Clustering of heart failure patients based on analysis of beta1 adrenergic receptor gene polymorphisms and autoantibodies, and evaluation of differences in drug responsiveness to beta-blockers between clusters.
Inclusion criteria:
Patients who are 18 years of age or older at the time of consent.
Patients diagnosed heart failure newly introduced to beta-blocker as treatment for heart failure.
Patients who have been fully informed of the study and who have given written consent of their own free will.
