月経痛が辛いと感じる日に、1日1枚肌着の上から使い捨てカイロを下腹部へ貼付する。

1回の月経期間中に1日以上月経痛が「つらい」と自覚しており、直近3ヶ月の月経周期が24-39日である者

Individuals who self-reported severe menstrual pain for at least one day per menstrual period, with a menstrual cycle length of 24-39 days over the past three months.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

２．医療機関での治療を要するほど重度の月経困難症である者

1. Individuals with irregular menstruation.
2. Individuals with dysmenorrhea severe enough to require treatment at a medical institution.

主な結果/Results

日本語
本研究に参加した対象者は42名だったが、3種類全てのカイロを使用した30名を解析の対象とした。
全てのカイロにおいてVAS、MPQ総合得点の有意な低下が認められた。

A total of 42 participants enrolled in the study; however, the 30 participants who completed the trial with all three types of disposable heating pads were included in the final analysis.
All three disposable heating pads showed a significant reduction in VAS and total MPQ scores.
