1. 年齢が18歳以上の者
2. 3か月以上継続してサッカーを行っている者
3. 特に疾患を有しておらず、健康と判断できる者
4. 十分な理解の上、自由意思による文書同意が得られた者

1. Individuals aged 18 years or older
2. Individuals who have been playing soccer continuously for at least 3 months
3. Individuals free from any diagnosed diseases and in good health
4. Individuals who are able to provide written informed consent

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1. けが等により、医師から運動を止められている者
2. 疾患等により食事制限の必要がある者
3. ゼラチンにアレルギーのある者
4. 他の食品の摂取や薬剤を服用する試験に参加中の者、参加の意思がある者
5. 試験に影響する可能性のある医薬品や食品等を常用している者

1. Individuals who have been advised by a physician to refrain from exercise due to injury or other reasons
2. Individuals who require dietary restrictions due to illness or other conditions
3. Individuals with an allergy to gelatin
4. Individuals currently participating in, or intending to participate in, other trials involving food intake or medication use
