この研究は負荷や回数の異なる舌圧トレーニング実施前後におけるトレーニング運動時の舌内筋活動分布を測定することでトレーニング方法の違いが舌内筋活動分布に及ぼす影響を解明する。

This study aims to clarify the effects of different training methods on the distribution of tongue muscle activity during training exercises by measuring the distribution of tongue muscle activity before and after performing tongue pressure training with varying loads and repetitions.

健常被験者を対象として、負荷や回数の異なる舌圧トレーニング実施前後におけるトレーニング運動時の舌内筋活動分布と、筋体積および摂食嚥下関連機能の変化を測定し、更に様々な摂食嚥下関連機能時の舌内筋活動分布も測定することで、トレーニング方法の違いが舌内筋活動分布および摂食嚥下関連機能に及ぼす影響を解明する。

This study measures changes in the distribution of tongue muscle activity during training exercises, muscle volume, and swallowing-related functions before and after performing tongue pressure training with varying loads and repetitions. Furthermore, by also measuring the distribution of tongue muscle activity during various swallowing-related functions, it aims to elucidate the effects of different training methods on the distribution of tongue muscle activity and swallowing-related functions.

歯・歯周組織由来の疼痛、神経・筋・代謝関連の疾患を有する者
MRI禁忌である者

Individuals with pain originating from teeth or periodontal tissues, or with neurological, muscular, or metabolic disorders
Individuals for whom MRI is contraindicated
