本研究の目的は、健康アプリを活用したAIによる全自動健康フィードバックに基づいた介入を行う事が、保健師によるメールを用いた健康介入と同等の効果を及ぼすのかについて、山梨中央銀行の若年層の従業員を対象としたランダム化比較試験により明らかにすることである。

This study aims to evaluate, through a randomized controlled trial among young employees of Yamanashi Chuo Bank, whether a fully automated AI-based health intervention delivered via a smartphone application has an equivalent effect to that of a health intervention provided by public health nurses through email.

AI健康アプリが各自のスマートフォンにインストールされ、期間中の目標設定や健康管理を一任する。

The AI health application will be installed on each participant's smartphone, and goal setting and health management during the study period will be fully delegated to the app.

AI健康アプリの利用を禁止し、自身で目標設定し宣言してもらい、4週ごとに保健師によるメールによる介入を行う。

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

実証フィールドに勤務する30歳から39歳の男女のうち、以下の条件を満たす方。
① 今年度健診時のBMI(Body Mass Index)が23以上である。
② 自身のスマートフォンを保持している
③ 本研究の参加に関して同意が文書で得られる受診者

Among men and women aged 30 to 39 years who work at the implementation site, those who meet the following criteria:
1. A Body Mass Index (BMI) of 23 or higher at this year's health checkup.
2. Possession of a personal smartphone.
3. Written informed consent was obtained for participation in this study.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

① 身体的、精神的、その他の理由により、スタッフによる保健指導を受けることが出来ない、または介入の内容に制約がかかると想定される受診者

Participants who meet any of the following criteria will be excluded:
1. Individuals who, due to physical, mental, or other reasons, are unable to receive health guidance from the staff or are expected to have limitations in participating in the intervention.
