本研究は、暑熱環境下における運動で生じる発汗が中枢性疲労と腎機能の低下に関連し、腸内環境が変化する可能性に焦点を絞り、体水分代謝を軸とした「腎と腸連関」による体調変化を検証し、スポーツ現場における実践的なコンディショニング対策への貢献を目的とする。

This study focuses on the possibility that exercise-induced sweating in hot environments may be associated with central fatigue and impaired renal function, leading to alterations in the gut environment. The aim is to investigate condition changes through the "kidney-gut axis" centered on fluid metabolism, thereby contributing to practical conditioning strategies in athletic settings.
