援助要請の主な抑制要因として援助要請におけるセルフスティグマが挙げられている。また、援助要請におけるセルフスティグマと被援助志向性の間には負の相関があること、被援助志向性に対して、「体験の回避」と「価値」が影響を与えることが明らかになっている。そこで、本研究では環境の変化や対人関係などの要因から精神的不調を抱えやすい時期である大学生を対象として、身近な他者への援助要請におけるセルフスティグマのアクセプタンス＆コミットメント・セラピーを用いた介入効果を検討することを目的とする。

Self-stigma in help-seeking has been identified as a primary inhibitor of help-seeking. Furthermore, it has been established that self-stigma in help-seeking negatively correlates with help-seeking orientation, and that experiential avoidance and value influence help-seeking orientation. Therefore, this study aims to examine the effectiveness of an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) intervention targeting self-stigma in requesting help from close others.

オンライン上でACTに関する動画配信を行う。動画は、大学生の精神的健康保持増進のためのセルフヘルプACTプログラムの開発(嶋・津田,2025)の短縮改訂版を用いる。毎週月曜日、計3週間にわたって配信する。

Online video streaming sessions on ACT will be conducted. The videos utilize a shortened and revised version of the self-help ACT program developed for promoting and maintaining mental health among university students (Shima & Tsuda, 2025). Sessions will be streamed every Monday for a total of three weeks.

Participants must currently be receiving care at a psychiatry or psychosomatic medicine clinic.
Other cases where the program facilitator determines that participation may compromise the safe implementation of the program.
