慢性腎臓病の進展および人口高齢化に伴い、フレイル・サルコペニアを有する慢性腎臓病患者は年々増加しており、腎臓リハビリテーションの重要性が増している。2022年からは透析患者における運動療法等指導加算が保険承認され、社会的にも腎臓リハビリテーションが注目されているが、その有効性・安全性に関する検討は十分でない。今回、慢性腎臓病患者に対する腎臓リハビリテーションのレジストリを構築し、その有効性・安全性を多角的に評価することを目的とした。

With the progression of chronic kidney disease and the aging of the population, the number of chronic kidney disease patients with frailty and sarcopenia is increasing year by year, and the importance of renal rehabilitation is recognized. In 2022, the Japanese government started a new insurance coverage for exercise therapy for dialysis patients. However, its effectiveness and safety have not been sufficiently investigated. Therefore, we aimed to create a registry of renal rehabilitation for chronic kidney disease patients and to evaluate its effectiveness and safety from multiple perspectives.

本研究に付随して、透析に対する運動療法の有効性・安全性に関する後ろ向き研究（2021年1月から2024年1月まで）は2025年2月17日に東京女子医科大学倫理審査委員会の承認を得て実施中である(承認番号2023-0204)

In conjunction with this study, a retrospective study (January 2021 to January 2024) on the effectiveness and safety of exercise therapy for patients with dialysis is currently being conducted with approval from the Tokyo Women's Medical University Ethics Committee on February 17, 2025 (Approved No. 2023-0204).
