若年女性を対象に、食品の摂取によって腸内・口腔内環境や栄養状態に働きかけることで、月経関連愁訴の軽減・改善に繋がる可能性を探索的に調査することを目的とする

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

・食物アレルギーがある者
・オリゴ糖や乳酸菌・ビフィズス菌サプリメントの摂取を試験期間中、中止できない者
・妊娠している者、または試験期間中妊娠の意思がある者
・事前検査の4週間前から摂取期間終了までの期間に他の臨床試験に参加している者または参加予定の者
・試験責任医師が本研究に適さないと判断した者

英語
People with food allergies.
Those who cannot stop taking oligosaccharides or lactobacillus / bifidobacterium supplements during the study period.
Pregnant women or those who intend to become pregnant during the study period.
Those who are participating or planning to participate in other clinical trials during the period from 4 weeks before the pre-test until the end of the intake period.
Those who are judged by the investigator to be unsuitable for this study.
