本研究では、がん診療連携拠点病院等の一般病棟に勤務する看護師を対象に、終末期がん患者およびその家族に対して提供されている看護支援の実態を明らかにすることを目的とする。

1)がん診療連携拠点病院等の一般病棟に勤務する看護師であること
2)一般病棟で入院がん患者への直接ケアを行っていること
3)常勤・非常勤の別は問わない
4)本研究の参加に同意が得られたこと

1)Nurses working in general wards of designated cancer care hospitals or equivalent institutions
2)Providing direct care to hospitalized cancer patients in general wards
3)Both full-time and part-time employment statuses are eligible
)Written informed consent to participate in this study has been obtained

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1)病棟の管理者（病棟師長など）であること
2)他病棟から応援（ヘルプ）で勤務している者
3)他の病院から研修または実習に来ている者
4)手術室、集中治療室（ICU、CCU）、小児科病棟、整形外科関連病棟、精神科、緩和ケア病棟に勤務している者

2)Nurses temporarily assigned from other wards for support (help)
3)Nurses or students from other hospitals who are participating in training or clinical practice
4)Nurses working in operating rooms, intensive care units (ICU, CCU), pediatric wards, orthopedic wards, psychiatric wards, or palliative care wards
