Clinical Dementia Rating（CDR）による軽度認知障害（MCI）の判定（global CDR＝0.5）。評価時期はベースライン（登録時）に実施する。

本研究は観察研究であり、特定の介入は行わない。対象は附属病院および高齢者医療センターにおける高齢者患者である。評価はMMSE-J文書字項目を含む認知機能検査を用い、ベースラインで実施する。なお、本研究は科学研究費助成事業（科研費・研究活動スタート支援）の助成を受けている。

This study is an observational study with no specific intervention. The participants will be elderly patients recruited from the University Hospital and the Geriatric Medical Center. Cognitive assessments, including the MMSE-J sentence-writing item, will be conducted at baseline. This study is supported by Grants-in-Aid for Scientific Research (KAKENHI), Research Activity Start-up, Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS).
