日本語
成人注意欠陥・多動性障害患者を対象にアンケート調査を実施し、疾患特異的QOL尺度であるAdult ADHD Quality of life Scale（AAQoL）からEuroQol 5 dimensions 5-level（EQ-5D-5L）及びHealth Utilities Index Mark 3（HUI3）を含む選好に基づく尺度へのマッピング解析を実施すること。

Conduct a questionnaire survey focusing on adults with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and mapping analysis using the Adult ADHD Quality of Life Scale (AAQoL), a disease-specific quality of life (QOL) measure, to preference-based measures including the EuroQol 5 dimensions 5-level (EQ-5D-5L) and Health Utilities Index Mark 3 (HUI3).

ADHDと診断されたことがある方
ADHDの薬物治療を受けている方
18歳以上58歳未満
本研究への参加に同意した方
日本の在住している方

英語
Have a confirmed diagnosis of attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).
Be currently receiving medication for ADHD.
Be aged 18 years or older and younger than 58 years at the time of participation.
Be residing in Japan.
Provide informed consent and voluntarily agree to participate in this study.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語能力の不足により、同意取得や本研究の実施が困難な方
調査に本人が参加できない方
パネルの登録属性と回答データで性別の不一致がある方（その他・回答しないを除く）
パネルの登録属性と回答データで年齢の不一致がある方（±2歳未満の差は許容する）

Individuals who are unable to provide informed consent or participate in the study due to insufficient Japanese language proficiency.
Individuals who are unable to complete the survey by themselves.
Individuals whose sex reported in the survey is inconsistent with the sex recorded in the panel registration data, excluding responses of "Other" or "Prefer not to answer."
Individuals whose age reported in the survey is inconsistent with the age recorded in the panel registration data; discrepancies of less than 2 years will be considered acceptable.
