本研究の目的は、遺伝性網膜変性疾患をはじめとする網膜変性疾患における網膜の変性過程を多角的に可視化し、自然経過を明らかにすることである。画像診断技術や機能的評価を組み合わせることで、従来の視野検査や視力検査だけでは把握できない病態の進展過程を明らかにすることを目指す。

The objective of this study is to visualize the degenerative process of the retina in retinal degenerative diseases, including hereditary retinal degenerative diseases, from multiple perspectives and to elucidate their natural course. By combining imaging diagnostic techniques and functional assessments, we aim to clarify the progression of the disease state that cannot be fully captured by conventional visual field tests and visual acuity tests alone.

① 大阪医科薬科大学病院にて外来通院中の網膜変性疾患者。網膜色素変性および類縁疾患の診断は、網膜色素変性診療ガイドライン）に従う。
② 2015年以降、過去に本院に受診された網膜変性疾患患者
③ 年齢制限は設けない
英語
1) Patients with retinal degenerative diseases undergoing outpatient treatment at Osaka Medical and Pharmaceutical University Hospital. Diagnosis of retinitis pigmentosa and related disorders follows the Retinitis Pigmentosa Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines.
2) Patients with retinal degenerative diseases who have previously visited this hospital since 2015.
3) No age restrictions apply.
