理学療法士を対象とした小規模な研修介入前後研究により、EBPQ-Jの responsiveness を検討する。本研修はEBPに関する初学者向けの内容で構成されており、特にEBPQ-Jの「知識・スキル」領域に反応が出ることを想定している。そのため、本研究では研修前のEBPQ-Jスコアが低い参加者を主な解析対象とし、介入前後のスコア変化からEBPQ-Jの変化検出感度を検討する。

The purpose of this study is to examine the responsiveness of EBPQ-J using a small-scale pre-post educational intervention study involving physical therapists. The training program is designed for beginners in evidence-based practice, and score changes are anticipated particularly in the Knowledge and Skills domain of EBPQ-J. Therefore, this study primarily of EBPQ-J to detect change based on pre- and post- intervention score differences.

理学療法士を対象に、30分程度のEBP研修を2か月に1回の頻度で3-4回実施する。各研修はテーマを変えて行う。

EBP training sessions (approximately 30 minutes each) will be provided to physical therapists every two months, for a total of 3-4 sessions. Each session will cover a different theme.

本研究では、対象施設におけるスタッフ教育の一環として実施されるEBP教育研修を介入として位置づけ、その前後におけるEBPQ-Jのスコア変化を用いてresponsivenessを検討する。
対象施設の研修計画の変更に伴い、当該研修の実施時期が変更されたため、本研究の実施時期もこれに合わせて変更した。

This study treats an evidence-based practice (EBP) educational session included in a staff training program at the participating facility as the intervention and examines the responsiveness of EBPQ-J based on changes in scores before and after the training. Due to revisions to the staff training schedule at the participating facility, the study period was changed accordingly.
