選択基準/Key inclusion criteria
日本語
1) 心不全の加療目的で入院となり，入院中にリハビリテーションを実施した症例
2) 年齢が65歳以上の患者
3) 軽度認知障害を有する患者（日本語版Montreal Cognitive Assessment：17－22点）

1) Patients who were hospitalized for heart failure and conducted rehabilitation
2) Aged 65 years or older
3) Patient who were mild cognitive impairment (Japanese version of the Montreal Cognitive
Assessment: 17-22 points)
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
1) 書面による同意が得られない患者
2) 入院時に急性冠症候群と診断された患者
3) 症候性の大動脈弁狭窄症，僧帽弁狭窄症，または閉塞性肥大型心筋症を有する患者
4) 透析（腹膜透析・血液透析）患者
5) 高容量の静注強心薬が投与されている患者
6) 補助循環装置が装着されている患者
7) 推定予後が12か月未満の患者
8) 歩行が困難な患者

1) Patients whose consent was not obtained
2) Acute coronary syndrome
3) Severe symptomatic aortic stenosis, mitral stenosis, and hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy
4) Patients undergoing hemodialysis
5) Requiring high inotropic support
6) Patients with circulatory assist device
7) Short life expectancy due to advanced disease other than heart failure
8) Patients who could not walk without total assistance
