日本語
セルフ口腔ケアとしての舌清掃およびオイルうがいが、口腔内細菌叢の改善を通して腸内細菌叢バランスを改善するかについて、成人健常者を対象とする探索的な介入研究で評価することを目的とする。

To examine whether tongue cleaning and oil pulling, as forms of self-oral care, can improve the balance of the gut microbiota in healthy adults through the modulation of the oral microbiota.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1. 過去1か月以内に舌清掃、オイルうがい、または治療用・高濃度処方洗口剤によるマウスウォッシュを実践している者
2. 過去1か月以内に腸内細菌叢に影響を与える薬剤（抗菌薬、免疫抑制剤、抗がん剤等）、整腸剤（プロバイオティクス製剤等）やサプリメント、特定保健用食品等を摂取している者
3. 妊娠中あるいは授乳中の女性
4. 歯周病治療中の者
5. ごま油アレルギーがある者
6. 消化器系の悪性新生物の既往または治療中の者
7. その他、研究責任者が本研究への参加が不適切と判断した者

1. Individuals who have practiced tongue cleaning, oil pulling, or mouthwash use within the past month
2. Individuals who have taken, within the past month, medications (e.g., antibiotics, immunosuppressants, chemotherapy), probiotics, supplements, or functional foods that affect the gut microbiota
3. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding
4. Individuals currently undergoing treatment for periodontitis
5. Individuals with sesame oil allergy
6. Individuals with a history of or currently undergoing treatment for malignant neoplasms of the digestive system
7. Any other individuals deemed inappropriate for participation in this study by the principal investigator
