本後方視的観察研究では、Jamal Ahmad Rashid Pediatric Teaching Hospitalという3次医療機関において過去5年間に匿名化した小児希少疾患の症例を対象とする。対象症例を構造化して生成AIに入力し診断精度の測定を行う。

This retrospective, observational study will use anonymized clinical records of pediatric patients diagnosed with rare and complex conditions over the past 5 years at a tertiary hospital (Jamal Ahmad Rashid Pediatric Teaching Hospital). A 5-year timeframe was selected to ensure consistency in diagnostic standards and medical record quality.
Selected cases will be converted into structured clinical vignettes and presented to a generative AI model (e.g., GPT-4).
