お腹の調子が気になる学習塾に通う親子である健常者の男女の方にケストース含有食品が、実際に腸内環境ならびに生活習慣（情緒・ストレス）、さらには学習効果について効果的であるかどうかを検討する目的で実施する。

Examine whether kestose-containing foods are actually effective in improving the intestinal environment, lifestyle habits (emotions and stress), and learning outcomes for healthy male and female parents and children attending cram schools who are concerned about their stomach conditions.

1. 同意取得時の年齢が2歳以上75歳未満の男女
2. 腸に係る疾病に罹患していない（直ちに治療の必要はないと判断された方を含む）方
3. 当試験について十分な説明を受け、内容を理解することができ、本人もしくは代諾者による同意が得られる者

1. Persons who are aged 2 to 75 at the time of consent, both men and women
2. Persons who are not suffering from intestinal diseases (including those who are judged not to require immediate treatment)
3. Persons who received a sufficient explanation of the purpose and contents of the research, have the capacity to consent by themselves or by legal representatives
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
1. 18歳未満で保護者の同意が得られない方
2. ケストース等のオリゴ糖を含む素材により腹痛を発症する可能性のある方
3. 消化器疾患と診断された方、これまでに消化器の手術を行ったことがある方、今後、消化器の手術が必要な方
4. ケストース等のオリゴ糖を含む素材を常用（週3日以上）している方および事前検査前の3ヶ月以内に常用していた方
5. 悪性腫瘍の診断を受けている方、脳神経、心臓病、腎臓病、糖尿病、甲状腺機能障害を治療中の方、肝疾患等の重篤な疾患の既往歴のある方。ただし、高血圧治療など、実施責任者が本研究の評価に影響がないと判断した疾患は除きます。
6. アルコールを多量に飲酒している方（1日換算でアルコール60 g以上: ビール1500 mL程度、ワイン540 mL程度、清酒3合程度、ウイスキーダブル180 mL程度のいずれかに該当する場合）
7. 研究食品に関連してアレルギー発症の恐れがある方
8. 生活習慣アンケートの回答から、被験者として不適当と判断された方
9. 本研究への参加同意取得前1ヶ月以内に他の臨床研究に参加していた方、あるいは本研究への参加同意取得後に他の臨床研究に参加予定の方
10. その他、実施責任者が被験者として不適当と判断した方

1. Persons who are under the age of 18 and cannot obtain parental consent
2. Persons who may experience abdominal pain when eating ingredients containing oligosaccharides such as kestose
3. Persons who have been diagnosed with a digestive disease, previously undergone digestive surgery, and will require digestive surgery in the future
4. Persons who regularly use (at least 3 days a week) ingredients containing oligosaccharides such as kestose, or have regularly used within the 3 months prior to the pre-test
5. Persons who have been diagnosed with malignant tumors, currently receiving treatment for cranial nerve, heart, kidney, diabetes, or thyroid dysfunction, and with a history of serious illnesses such as liver disease, excluding illnesses like hypertension, which the principal investigator determined will not affect the evaluation of the research.
6. Persons who drink a large amount of alcohol (60 g or more of alcohol per day: approximately 1500 mL of beer, 540 mL of wine, 3 cups of sake, or 180 mL of double-sized whiskey)
7. Persons who are at risk of developing allergies related to the test foods
8. Persons who are judged unsuitable as research subjects based on their responses to a background survey
9. Persons who have participated in other research during one month prior to the start of this research, or plan to participate in other research after consenting to this research.
10. Persons who are judged to be ineligible by the principal investigator
