①児が頭部を一方向に回転させている時、顔面側の脚は後頭部側の脚と比較して、股関節と膝の外転・屈曲角度がMポジション基準値に近似しているか。
②児が頭部を一方向に回転させている時、後頭部側の脚は顔面側の脚と比較して、股関節が内転・伸展し、膝が伸展しているか。

1. When the child rotates their head in one direction, are the hip joint and knee abduction/flexion angles of the leg on the side of the face closer to the M position standard value than those of the leg on the side of the back of the head?
2. When the child rotates their head in one direction, are the hip joint adducted/extended and the knee extended on the side of the back of the head compared to the side of the face?

②保護者が向き癖がないと認識している児は、あると認識している児よりも股関節と膝関節の外転・屈曲角度がMポジション基準値に近似しているか。

②生後0～3ヶ月児
③保護者から研究参加の同意が得られた児

①申請者の研究室まで児を連れてくることができる保護者

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

【お子様】
①低出生体重児 (< 2500 g)、Small for Gestational Age（SGA）児
②骨盤位出生の児
③多胎児
④既往歴または治療中の疾患がある児（神経障害、筋性斜頸、頭蓋骨癒合症、内反足等の下肢の異常など児の頭部・下肢姿勢に影響を与えうる疾患）
⑤妊娠時羊水過少症と診断された児
⑥発育性股関節形成不全の家族歴がある児
【保護者】
①日本語を理解できない保護者

1. Low birth weight infants (< 2500 g), Small for Gestational Age (SGA) infants
2. Infants born in breech presentation
3. Multiple births
4. Infants with a history of or currently undergoing treatment for diseases (neurological disorders, muscular torticollis, craniosynostosis, clubfoot, and other lower limb abnormalities that may affect the infant's head and lower limb posture)
5. Infants diagnosed with oligohydramnios during pregnancy
6. Infants with a family history of developmental dysplasia of the hip

記述的研究

2. 対象者の募集方法
機縁や研究室ホームページ・SNSの活用、新生児訪問や母親学級、医療機関や子育て広場等でのポスター掲示・ちらし配布等を行い研究参加者を募る。
研究参加者はGoogle formにて研究説明書を読み、児の出生月日や出生体重等の研究参加の取り込み基準・除外基準に関連する質問と研究実施可能な日程を回答する。
研究者は日程調整を行い、研究参加者へメールにて研究を実施する日時を連絡する。非該当の場合は、除外基準に該当するため研究に参加できないことが保護者に分かるようにする。

2. Recruitment Method
Research participants will be recruited through personal connections, laboratory websites, social media, newborn visits, parenting classes, and poster displays and flyer distribution at medical institutions and childcare centers.
Research participants will read the research description on Google Forms and answer questions related to the inclusion and exclusion criteria for research participation, such as the child's date of birth and birth weight, as well as the schedule for conducting the research.
Researchers will coordinate schedules and notify participants via email of the date and time of the study. If a participant does not meet the inclusion criteria, parents will be informed that they are ineligible to participate in the study.
