本研究の目的は、小学校低学年の子どもに向けて使用する心理教育テキスト「あなたのたすけになるかもしれない本（ショート版）」が、子育てを始める、あるいはすでに始めている精神疾患を持つ親にとって安心材料となり得るかを検証することである。同時に、精神疾患を抱えながら子育てをする親子のアタッチメントや援助希求能力の向上に寄与する可能性についても明らかにしたい。

The purpose of this study is to verify whether a psychological education text titled: A Book That Might Help You (Short Version). designed for elementary school students in the lower grades can serve as a source of reassurance for parents with mental illnesses who are beginning or already engaged in child-rearing. Additionally, we aim to clarify the potential of this text to contribute to improving attachment and help-seeking abilities in parent-child dyads where one or both parents have mental illnesses.

精神疾患をもつ親やその配偶者は、子どもに自分や配偶者の病気をどのように説明すべきか悩むケースが多いと報告されている。しかし、このテキストを早期から活用できると知ることで、子どもへの後ろめたさが軽減され、親子関係に生じがちなわだかまりも和らぐと期待される。その結果、親子のアタッチメントが強化されるだけでなく、親子双方が周囲に助けを求める援助希求能力も高まると考えられる。同時に、このようなテキストがより有効な親の養育態度や養育ストレスについても検討する。
本研究で、心理教育テキストが子育てを始める、あるいは始めている親にとって安心材料となることが示唆されれば、今後、精神疾患を抱える親が子どもをもつ際、あるいは幼い子どもを育てる際の有用な手立てとして、テキストの活用を促進できるだろう。さらに、親子関係の円滑な構築を支援する視点としても、このテキストの重要性を啓発する契機となると考える。

By utilizing this text from an early age, we expect to reduce parents' feelings of guilt toward their children and alleviate tension that often arises in parent-child relationships. As a result, we expect that not only will the bond between parents and children be strengthened, but both parents and children will improve their ability to seek support from those around them. At the same time, this study will examine the role of such texts in promoting more effective parenting attitudes and reducing parenting stress.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

(1) 久留米大学病院精神科・小児科、福岡大学病院小児科・精神科、獨協医科大学埼玉医療センター子どものこころ診療センターに通院中または入院中の患者の親のうち、精神疾患に罹患し治療中の方
(2）対象者の子どもの年齢は0歳-満20歳の方
(3）対象者の子どもの主治医の許可が得られた方
(4) 本研究について文書を用いて説明を行い、文書にて同意を得られた方

(1) Parents of patients currently receiving outpatient or inpatient treatment at the Department of Psychiatry and Pediatrics at Kurume University Hospital, the Department of Pediatrics and Psychiatry at Fukuoka University Hospital, or the Children's Mental Health Center at Dokkyo Medical University Saitama Medical Center, who have a mental disorder and are currently undergoing treatment
(2) The age of the child of the subject is between 0 and 20 years old
(3) Individuals who have obtained permission from the child's attending physician
(4) Individuals who have received written explanation about this study and have provided written consent.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

(1) 心理教育テキストを読むことが侵襲的であると判断された場合
(2）主治医の許可が得られない場合
(3）日本語の理解が不十分である場合
(4）テキストを理解するにあたって、知的な課題が大きい場合

(1) If reading the psychological education text is deemed invasive
(2) If permission from the attending physician cannot be obtained
(3) If the patient's understanding of Japanese is insufficient
(4) If there are significant intellectual challenges in understanding the text
