8週間のプライオメトリクストレーニング（週3回）を実施。ジャンプを主体とした身体能力向上を目的とするプログラムを提供する。

Participants undergo an 8-week plyometric training program, conducted three times per week. The program focuses on jump-based exercises designed to improve physical performance.

8週間のプライオメトリクストレーニング（週3回）に加え、拡散型圧力波治療（週1回）を併用。圧力波治療はアキレス腱周囲に適用し、機能的・形態的変化を促進することを目的とする。

Participants receive an 8-week plyometric training program (three times per week) combined with radial pressure wave therapy once a week. The pressure wave therapy is applied to the area around the Achilles tendon to promote structural and functional adaptations.
