本研究の目的は、PPPDに対する薬物療法、認知行動療法（CBT）、前庭リハビリテーションなどの治療法の有効性を、臨床症状の改善率、再発率、生活の質（QOL）スコアなどの観点から系統的に評価することである。

The aim of this study is to systematically evaluate the effectiveness of various treatments for PPPD, including pharmacotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and vestibular rehabilitation, with respect to symptom improvement, recurrence rate, and quality of life (QOL) outcomes.

PPPD症状の重症度スコアの変化（治療前後の比較）
具体的には、Dizziness Handicap Inventory（DHI）、Visual Analog Scale（VAS）、またはめまいに関する他の評価指標を用いた症状改善の効果量（治療前後の平均変化量、または治療群と対照群の差）を主要アウトカムとする。

The primary outcome will be the effect size of treatment on symptom improvement, measured using validated dizziness-related scales such as the Dizziness Handicap Inventory (DHI), Visual Analog Scale (VAS), or other relevant instruments.

PPPDは比較的新しく定義された慢性機能性めまい疾患であり、その治療法に関するエビデンスは限定的である。複数の治療戦略が報告されているものの、効果に関する系統的な比較は不十分である。本研究は、これまでの研究を網羅的にレビューし、最も有効と考えられる治療戦略を明らかにすることを目的とする。

PPPD is a relatively newly defined chronic functional dizziness disorder, and evidence regarding its treatment remains limited. Although various treatment approaches have been reported, systematic comparisons of their effectiveness are lacking. This study aims to comprehensively review the existing literature and identify the most effective treatment strategies for PPPD.
