Patients who underwent ERCP
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
1. 年齢20歳未満
2. 未処置乳頭ではない患者
3. ジクロフェナク25mg（直腸内投与）以外のPEPの予防策を実施した患者
4. 急性膵炎の患者
5. Billroth I再建を除く術後腸管を有する患者
6. オプトアウトにて同意撤回を申請された患者

1. Patients under 20 years of age
2. Patients without a naive papilla
3. Patients who received any prophylactic measure for PEP other than rectal diclofenac (25 mg)
4. Patients with acute pancreatitis
5. Patients with surgically altered gastrointestinal anatomy, excluding those with Billroth I reconstruction
6. Patients who withdrew consent through the opt-out process
