目的/Objectives

目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
本研究では口腔癌におけるother risk featuresを有する症例について検討を行い、再発および転移の危険性が高く、再発高リスク症例と同等に術後補助療法を適用すべき症例（再発率、生存率から算出）について明らかにすることを目的とする。これが明らかになることで、より術後補助療法の適応が明らかとなり、今後の口腔癌診療に貢献できると考える。

This study aims to examine cases of oral cancer with other risk features and identify cases that are at high risk of recurrence and metastasis and should therefore receive postoperative adjuvant therapy equivalent to that given to high-risk cases, based on recurrence rates and survival rates. Clarifying this will help to determine the appropriate use of postoperative adjuvant therapy and contribute to the future treatment of oral cancer.

2001年4月1日から2024年4月30日に長崎大学病院　口腔外科で口腔癌に対しNCCNガイドラインに則った1次治療（原発巣切除＋頸部郭清術）を受けた症例。

Cases treated at the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Nagasaki University Hospital, from April 1, 2001, to April 30, 2024, who underwent primary treatment (primary tumor resection + neck dissection) for oral cancer in accordance with the NCCN guidelines.
