当院における胃ESD後狭窄の現状やステロイド併用の有用性を明らかにし、狭窄高リスク症例に対する治療戦略を考察する。

2004年4月1日から2024年6月30日の期間に、当院で胃上皮性腫瘍および粘膜下腫瘍に対して施行したESD症例は1207症例。
噴門部および幽門部症例148症例のうち経過を追えた145症例。

Between April 1, 2004 and June 30, 2024, 1,207 cases of ESD were performed for gastric epithelial and submucosal tumors at our hospital.
Of these, 148 cases were cardia and pylorus cases, and 3 cases in which the progress could not be followed were excluded, so 145 cases were examined.
