対象（Population）：精神科の外来診療を受けている人々
概念（Concept）：精神科外来において開発、検証、または使用された構造化されたPREMs（質問票または尺度）
文脈（Context）：精神科外来医療（精神科診療所、病院の外来部門、地域精神保健センターを含む）

本レビューにおいて、**患者報告体験指標（PREMs）**は、医療体験に関する患者の認識を把握するための構造化された質問票や尺度と定義される。PREMsは、コミュニケーション、アクセスのしやすさ、尊重、ケアの調整、患者の関与といった側面を含む。

本レビューでは、以下の条件を満たす研究を対象とした：
精神科外来におけるPREM尺度の開発、心理測定学的検証、翻訳、または異文化適応に関する記述があること

明確に定義された項目とドメインをもつ構造化された尺度を含むこと

Eligibility Criteria for Source Selection
The eligibility criteria were established based on the PCC (Population, Concept, Context) framework:

Population: People receiving psychiatric outpatient care.
Concept: Structured PREM instruments (scales or questionnaires) developed, validated, or applied in psychiatric outpatient settings.
Context: Psychiatric outpatient care, including psychiatric clinics, hospital-based outpatient departments, and community mental health centers.

For the purposes of this review, Patient-Reported Experience Measures (PREMs) are defined as structured instruments (e.g., questionnaires or scales) that capture patients' perceptions of their healthcare experiences, including aspects such as communication, accessibility, respect, coordination, and involvement in care.

本検索式は、精神科外来において使用される、信頼性や妥当性が検討された患者報告体験指標（PREMs）に関する文献を抽出することを目的としている。

This search strategy aims to identify literature on Patient-Reported Experience Measures (PREMs) that are used in psychiatric outpatient settings and have been evaluated for their reliability, validity, or psychometric properties.

The search consists of five key components. First, it targets literature related to "psychiatry" and "mental health." Second, it includes terms related to subjective evaluations by patients or service users, such as satisfaction, experience, outcome, and perception. Third, it limits the scope to structured evaluation tools, including questionnaires, scales, and other measurement instruments. Fourth, it requires reference to reliability, validity, development, or psychometric characteristics of these tools. Fifth, it restricts the context to outpatient care settings to clearly define the clinical environment of interest.

This structure enables a comprehensive and efficient identification of studies relevant to the development, validation, and application of PREMs in psychiatric outpatient care.
