選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1. 同意取得時の年齢が20歳以上35歳未満の男女
2. BMIが25 kg/m²未満の者
3. 非喫煙者（直近1年間の喫煙なし）
4. 当試験について十分な説明を受け、内容を理解することができ、本人による文書同意が得られる者

英語
1. Male/female ranging in age from 20 to 34 at informed consent.
2. Individuals having less than 25.0 kg/m² of BMI.
3. Individuals with no smoking (not less than one year).
4. Individuals who can give informed consent to participate in this study, after being provided with an explanation of the protocol detail.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1. 継続的に治療薬を服用しており、試験期間中の服用が中止できない者
2. 自律神経系、代謝、および睡眠に影響を与える特定保健用食品、機能性表示食品、健康食品（サプリメント含む）等を摂取しており、試験期間中の摂取が中止できない者
3. 心拍の測定に不具合（胸部の体毛が濃い、ペースメーカーを使用している等）がある者
4. アルコール多飲者
5. 食生活が極度に不規則な者、交代制勤務者・深夜勤務者など生活リズムが不規則な者
6. 同意取得時に他の医薬品または健康食品の臨床試験に参加中、試験終了後から当該試験の本試験開始まで4週間以内、あるいは当該試験の参加同意後に他の臨床試験に参加する予定のある者
7. 同意取得前3ヵ月以内に引っ越しや転職、近親者との別離等のライフイベントを経験し、大きなストレスを抱えている可能性がある者、および試験期間中に同様のライフイベントが予定されている者
8. 試験実施日の前日からの禁酒が困難な者
9. 心臓、肝臓、腎臓、消化器等に重篤な疾患の既往歴および現病歴がある者
10. 日常的に過度な運動をしている者
11. PMS（月経前症候群）の症状が重い自覚がある者
12. 試験食品の風味（日本酒の香りや林檎、梨、パイナップルなどの香り）が苦手な者
13. 妊娠中、妊娠を希望している者、授乳中の者
14. 医薬品および食物にアレルギーがある者
15. 電極装着部位（胸部、頭部）の皮膚がかぶれやすい者
16. 試験責任医師または試験分担医師が本試験への参加が不適当と判断した者

英語
1. Individuals being under some kind of continuous medical treatment, including the test period.
2. Individuals who have periodically used health-specific / functional / health foods including supplements, which might affect the autonomic nervous system, metabolism and sleep.
3. Individuals with incompatible chest (e.g., thick body hair, pacemaker-fitting) for heartbeat measurements.
4. Individuals with excessive alcohol intake.
5. Individuals with extremely irregular eating habits, and having an irregular life rhythm with irregular shift work or midnight one.
6. At the moment of informed consent, Individuals who are under the other clinical tests with some kind of medicine/food, or participated in those within four weeks after the current trial, or are planning to join those after the consent.
7. Individuals who are under a large stress condition with some kind of life event, such as house-moving, transfer, bereavement, etc., within three months before the agreement for this trial and during the test period.
8. Individuals with any difficulty in giving up drinking since the day before the scheduled date of this trial.
9. Individuals with previous and/or current medical history of serious diseases in heart, liver, kidney and/or digestive organs.
10. Individuals getting excessive exercise every day.
11. Individuals with a serious symptom of premenstrual syndrome.
12. Individuals who dislike the flavor of test foods (such as the aroma of sake or the scent of apples, pears, pineapples, etc.)
13. Pregnant, possibly pregnant, and lactating women.
14. Individuals having some kind of drug and/or food allergy.
15. Individuals who break out in a rash from putting electrodes on the head and chest.
16. Others who have been determined as ineligible for participation, judging from the principal/sub investigator's opinions.
