日本語
当院と関連施設における大腸癌の手術成績を開腹手術・腹腔鏡手術・ロボット支援下手術で比較し、手術適応の妥当性と腹腔鏡手術・ロボット支援下手術の有効性・安全性を後ろ向き・前向きの多機関共同観察研究で検討する。

We will compare surgical outcomes for colorectal cancer at our hospital and affiliated facilities using open surgery, laparoscopic surgery, and robot-assisted surgery. We will evaluate the appropriateness of surgical indications and the efficacy and safety of laparoscopic surgery and robot-assisted surgery through a retrospective and prospective multicenter observational study.

5-year overall survival rate for each surgical approach (open, laparoscopic, robotic)

1. 手術アプローチ(開腹・腹腔鏡・ロボット)毎の5 年無再発生存率
2. 術前治療例の安全性と有効性(有害事象、治療完遂率、奏効率、無再発生存期間、癌特異的生存期間、全生存期間)
3. 各術式およびアプローチ別の術後合併症の発症率、術後合併症の危険因子の抽出（術後合併症は、手術療法施行後の有害事象について、Clavien-Dindo分類またはCTCAE-JCOG を用いる）
4. 術式別術中所見(インドシアニングリーン：ICGの使用)と周術期合併症の相関
5. 術後腹壁瘢痕ヘルニアの発生率
6. 術後補助療法の施行の有無とその詳細
7. 再発形式と再発割合：再発部位を、局所再発、遠隔再発、不明に分類したものを「再発形式」とする。初回再発時に複数部位に再発が同時に認められた場合は複数カテゴリーを選択する
8. 再発後治療の種類と長期予後の関連
