① 2010年4月2日から2017年4月1日に出生している者およびその保護者である。
② アンケート実施時に岡谷市内の小学校に在籍する小学6年生または中学6年生である者およびその保護者である。
③ アンケートの回答および「母子保健情報を活用した子どもの精神健康問題の早期発見と早期支援　－長野県岡谷市における悉皆的コホート研究－」（承認番号3297, 3614, 3905, 4324, 5603）および「長野県岡谷市における悉皆的コホート研究－母子保健情報と小学6年生時における精神健康状態の関係－」（承認番号5129）で得られたデータを用いることについて賛意（小学6年生）および同意（保護者）する者。

1. Individuals born between April 2, 2010, and April 1, 2017, and their guardians.
2. Individuals enrolled in the sixth grade of elementary school or the sixth grade of junior high school within Okaya City at the time of the survey, and their guardians.
3. Participants who responded to the questionnaire and those included in the studies "Early Detection and Support for Children's Mental Health Issues Using Maternal and Child Health Information: A Comprehensive Cohort Study in Okaya City, Nagano Prefecture" (Approval Numbers 3297, 3614, 3905, 4324, 5603) and "A Comprehensive Cohort Study in Okaya City, Nagano Prefecture: Relationship between Maternal and Child Health Information and Mental Health Status in Sixth Grade" (Approval Numbers 5129).
