日本語
運動を計画・実行する際には、感覚処理に関わる脳領域が調節される centrifugal mechanism が働くことが知られており、その影響は聴覚皮質よりも体性感覚皮質で大きいと報告されている。特に体性感覚モダリティでは、刺激と同側の指で反応した場合に振幅増大が生じることが示されているが、この現象が感覚モダリティに依存するかは明らかでない。そこで本研究は、刺激と運動の位置の一致がcentrifugal mechanismの効果を引き起こすかを検討し、その効果がモダリティに依存するかを明らかにすることである。

The aim of this study is to investigate whether the congruence of stimulus and movement locations induce the effect of centrifugal mechanisms, and to clarify whether this effect depends on sensory modality.

主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes

聴覚刺激および触覚刺激提示後にボタン押し課題をしたときの感覚誘発電位から、刺激に対して注意のみを向けたときの感覚誘発電位を減算することで、運動が感覚処理に及ぼす影響を反映する「サブトラクト波形」を算出する。サブトラクト波形を一致条件/不一致条件で比較して、刺激と運動の部位の一致がcentrifugal mechanismによる脳波振幅の増大に必要であるかを検討する。

Sensory-evoked potentials from an attention-only condition is subtracted from those during a button-press task to obtain movement-related modulation waveforms. These subtracted waveforms will be compared between congruent and incongruent condition to evaluate the centrifugal mechanism enhances response in the congruent condition.
