本研究ではスギ花粉症をもつ企業労働者を対象に、スギ花粉症の労働生産性への影響をアンケート調査で数値化し、経済的損失に換算することを目的とする。

3) スギ花粉症をもっている者
4) 本研究の参加にあたり十分な説明を読んだ後、十分な理解の上、患者本人の自由意思による適切な同意が得られた者
