本研究はスコーピングレビューであり、人を対象とした研究ではない。そのため、倫理審査は不要であり、上記の日付は研究計画の正式決定日を示している。
看護管理者を対象とした心理的安全性に関する研究をキーワード検索により抽出し、医療系文献データベースから海外の論文を収集する。文献の選定は、PRISMAフローチャートに基づいて行う。抽出した文献から、心理的安全性に対する認識、看護管理者の経験、および職場環境の特性に関する記述を整理し、表形式にまとめて分析する。

This study is a scoping review and does not involve human subjects. Therefore, ethics approval was not required; the date indicated above corresponds to the formalization of the research plan.
Studies on psychological safety targeting nurse managers will be identified through keyword searches, and international publications will be retrieved from medical literature databases. The selection process will follow the PRISMA flow chart. From the eligible studies, descriptions related to perceptions of psychological safety, nurse managers' experiences, and characteristics of the work environment will be organized into tables and analyzed.
