新規診断2型糖尿病患者において、50kHzリアクタンスと近隣歩行環境スコアを組み合わせた相乗的行動予測指数（SBPI）の開発と検証を行い、生活習慣介入における行動変容成功および血糖コントロール達成の予測精度を評価する。

To develop and validate a synergistic behavioral prediction index (SBPI) combining 50 kHz reactance and neighborhood walking environment scores in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients to assess its predictive accuracy for successful behavior change and achievement of glycemic control in lifestyle interventions.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1型糖尿病または二次性糖尿病
妊娠・授乳中
重篤な肝疾患（ALT >正常上限の3倍）
心不全（NYHA Class III-IV）
透析またはeGFR <30 mL/min/1.73m^2
生体電気インピーダンス測定の禁忌
インフォームドコンセント取得不可
