・当院リハビリテーション科に所属する理学療法士であること（常勤・非常勤を問わない）
・22歳以上であること
・本研究の目的および内容について文書および口頭での説明を受け、同意が得られた者

Abtained written and oral explanations of the purpose and content of this study and obtained consent

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
認知機能の低下や言語的理解の制限により、研究内容やアンケート項目を適切に理解・回答することが困難な者
育休・産休・病休等により現在業務に従事していない者
研究目的および内容について文書および口頭による説明を受け、自由意思に基づき書面にて研究参加に同意が得られなかった者

Persons who have difficulty in properly understanding and answering the research and questionnaire items due to cognitive decline or limited linguistic comprehension.
Persons who are not currently engaged in work due to maternity, paternity or sick leave, etc.
Persons who have been given a written and oral explanation of the purpose and content of the research and who have not given their consent to participate in the research in writing of their own free will.

本研究は探索的記述的研究であり、将来的に研究活動の関与要因（例：心理的特性や職場環境）との関連性を検討するための付随研究（独立した倫理審査申請予定）を計画している。なお、本研究で得られたデータは、学会発表を予定しているが、個人が特定されることはない。

The study is an exploratory descriptive study and a companion study (to be submitted for independent ethical review) is planned in the future to examine the relevance of the factors involved in the research activities (e.g. psychological characteristics and work environment). The data obtained from this study will not be personally identifiable, although a conference presentation is planned.
