放射線治療における血球減少は線量制限毒性であるが、化学放射線療法における放射線治療の付加的な影響の強さは不明である。本研究では、NAEOTOM Alpha (photon-counting CT)を用いて、放射線治療後の赤色骨髄変化の変化を把握しその影響を知ることを目的とする。

Patients who undergo radiotherapy for head and neck cancer at our facility (Public Central Hospital of Matto Ishikawa).
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

以下の項目を伴う患者様：
閉所恐怖症、妊娠授乳中、植込み型除細動器またはペースメーカー、転移性骨腫瘍、その他

Patients who are claustrophobic, pregnant or lactating.
Patients who refuse to participate this trial.
We make sure that the burdens and the risks are well explained to the patients.

This observational study includes all the patients who undergo radiotherapy at our facility (Public Central Hospital of Matto Ishikawa) from October 1st, 2025 to September 30th, 2027, if they meet the inclusion criteria.
