予備的研究として若年健常成人男性を対象に異なる呼吸様式の吸気筋トレーニングの効果を吸気筋力、横隔膜機能、肺機能から検証する。

This preliminary study will examine the effects of inspiratory muscle training on different breathing styles in healthy young adult males in terms of inspiratory muscle strength, diaphragm function, and pulmonary function.
