本解析には、MSI H/dMMRを有する小腸腺がん患者計72名を含む10件の研究が組み入れられた。患者構成の内訳は、小腸癌患者のみを対象とした試験が2件、MSI H/dMMRの固形がん患者を対象とした試験（その中に小腸癌患者が含まれるもの）が8件であった。全ての試験において、局所進行または転移性疾患により切除不能な腫瘍を持つ患者が登録されていた。MSI H/dMMR S小腸癌に対する免疫チェックポイント阻害薬の有効性を評価したこれら10件の研究（計72名）の結果、統合客観的奏効率は 65.3%（95% CI: 48.0%~82.3%）であった。

10 studies comprising a total of 72 patients with MSI H/dMMR SBA were included in this brief meta-analysis. The patient population consisted of patients with SBA in two trials and MSI H/dMMR solid tumors in eight trials. All the included trials enrolled patients with unresectable tumors due to locally advanced or metastatic disease. Ten studies comprising 72 patients evaluated the efficacy of ICIs for MSI H/dMMR SBA showed a pooled objective response rate of 65.3% (95% CI: 48.0%~82.3%).
