1. 腎機能正常（eGFRが60ml/min/1.73m2以上）であるもの
2. 本研究の目的・内容について十分な説明を受け、十分に理解したうえで自由意思により文書にて同意したもの

2. adult male over 18 years old who have been fully informed of the purpose and content of this study and who have given their consent in writing of their own free will based on a thorough understanding of the purpose and content of the research

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1. 医師（研究分担者）が重篤または進行性の疾病や症状を有すると判断した者
2. 全身血行動態に影響を及ぼす薬を服用している者（β遮断薬、カルシウム拮抗薬、硝酸薬、ジキタリス、アンジオテンシン変換酵素阻害薬、アンジオテンシンⅡ受容体拮抗薬、利尿薬、抗不整脈薬）
3. その他、研究責任者より不適と判断された者

2. persons taking medications that affect systemic hemodynamics
3. other persons deemed unsuitable by the principal investigator
