選択基準/Key inclusion criteria
日本語
①年齢が18歳以上
②2019年4月から2025年5月までに研究機関を受診した患者
③CKD診療ガイドライン2023の診断基準に基づいて、CKDと診断されている患者
④七物降下湯を1年間内服している患者
⑤七物降下湯の内服開始、内服開始1年前、内服開始1年後のそれぞれの時点で、血液検査にて推算糸球体濾過量を評価されている

1. Age=>18 years
2. History of medical visits to the participating institutions between April 2019 and May 2025
3. Diagnosed with CKD according to the Japanese Guideline for CKD 2023
4. Continuously administered Shichimotsukokato for at least one year
5. Availability of blood test data, including eGFR at three time points (one year before initiation, at initiation, and one year after initiation of Shichimotsukokato)
