慢性機能性便秘症がある高齢者に食物繊維摂取の指導を行い、指導前後便秘改善効果と腸内細菌叢の変化を検証することで、適切な食事指導の基盤構築を目指する。

This study aims to establish a foundation for appropriate dietary guidance by providing dietary fiber intake instructions to elderly individuals with chronic functional constipation, and by evaluating the effects on constipation improvement and changes in the gut microbiota before and after the intervention.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1. 機能性慢性便秘を有する患者 (Rome IV基準)
2. 生活習慣病がある (高血圧、高脂血症、糖尿病)
3. ADL が自立している患者

Patients with functional chronic constipation (as defined by the Rome IV criteria)
Patients with lifestyle-related diseases (such as hypertension, hyperlipidemia, or diabetes)
Patients with independent activities of daily living (ADL)
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
過去 2 か月以内に便秘薬の調整を要した患者
通過障害を有する患者
イレウスの既往歴がある患者
炎症性腸疾患を有する患者
ストーマを増設している患者
１ケ月以内に抗菌薬或いは整腸剤を内服中の患者
PPI を内服中の患者
がんを罹患している患者

Patients who required adjustment of laxative medication within the past two months
Patients with obstructive disorders of the intestine
Patients with a history of ileus
Patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD)
Patients with a stoma
Patients who have taken antibiotics or probiotics within the past month
Patients taking proton pump inhibitors (PPIs)
Patients with cancer
