本研究は、橈骨遠位端骨折術後直後からダイナミックフラミンゴ療法(バランス練習)を介入として実施することで、バランス能力や歩行能力を改善させるかを明らかにする。

転倒により橈骨遠位端骨折を受傷し掌側プレート固定を行った50歳以上の患者

Patient over 50 years of age who sustained a distal radius fracture due to a fall and underwent palmar plate fixation.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

多発外傷、両側上肢骨折により治療成績の評価が困難な患者
麻痺や神経障害、認知機能低下により治療成績の評価が困難な患者

Patients with multiple traumas and bilateral upper extremity fractures that make it difficult to assess treatment outcome.
Patients with paralysis, neurological impairment, or cognitive decline that makes it difficult to assess treatment outcome.
