本研究では、大学生を対象とした認知行動的Diversity教育プログラムの介入効果を検討するため、介入群と統制群を設定した比較試験を行いその効果を検討する。

主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes

主要評価指標
1） 多様性適応力評価尺度（津々木ら，2015）を用いた。「個性を発揮する力」「挑戦意欲」「俯瞰力」「創造力」「利他精神」「許容力」「信頼関係構築力」「コミュニケーション力」、32項目7件法で測定した。
二次的評価指標
2） 大学生用ダイバーシティ風土尺度(大植，2022)を用いた。この尺度は、「ジェンダー教育風土：9項目」「平等性教育風土：11項目」「多様性教育環境風土：9項目」「女性の活躍教育風土：6項目」を32項目5件法で測定した。
3） 不合理な信念尺度（森ら，1994）を用いた。「自己期待」「論理的非難」「依存」「問題回避」「無力感」を20項目5件法で測定した。
4） 主観的幸福感尺度（伊藤ら，2003）を用いた。12項目４件法で測定した。

Primary evaluation indicators
1) We used the Diversity Adaptability Assessment Scale (Tsuki et al., 2015). Measured using 32 items and 7-point scale including "ability to demonstrate individuality," "willingness to take on challenges," "ability to see things from a bird's-eye view," "creativity," "altruism," "tolerance," "ability to build trust," and "communication skills."
Secondary evaluation indicators
2) We used the Diversity Climate Scale for University Students (Oue, 2022). This scale measured 32 items and 5-point scale including "gender education climate: 9 items," "equality education climate: 11 items," "diversity education environment climate: 9 items," and "women's active education climate: 6 items."
3) We used the Irrational Belief Scale (Mori et al., 1994). Measured using 20 items and 5-point scale including "self-expectation," "logical blame," "dependence," "problem avoidance," and "helplessness."
4) We used the Subjective Well-Being Scale (Ito et al., 2003). Measured using 12 items and 4-point scale.

介入群は、ダイバーシティの講義+マイノリティの学生生活のしにくさについて話題提供（身体障碍者学生2名、外国人留学生2名、LGBTQ の方+グループワーク（認知再構成法：マイノリティに人の状況の生活のしにくさを聴講して、生活のしにくさより、感じる感情、その時の認知を明確にする）を実施する。

The intervention group participated in a lecture on diversity + a talk on the difficulties minorities face in their student lives (two physically disabled students, two international students, and an LGBTQ person + group work (cognitive restructuring: listening to minorities talk about the difficulties they face in their lives, and clarifying the emotions they feel and their cognition at the time, rather than the difficulties in their lives).

日本国内の大学に在籍する大学生（学部生）
18歳以上で研究参加に文書による同意を得た者
認知行動的Diversity教育プログラムの全セッションに参加可能であること
精神疾患の診断がなく、現在心理療法または精神科治療を受けていない者
日本語での読み書きおよびコミュニケーションが可能な者

Undergraduate students enrolled in universities in Japan
Individuals aged 18 years or older who have provided written informed consent to participate in the study
Able to attend all sessions of the cognitive-behavioral diversity education program
No current diagnosis of mental illness and not receiving psychotherapy or psychiatric treatment at the time of the study
Able to read, write, and communicate in Japanese

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
認知行動療法に基づく教育・訓練を過去に受けた経験がある者
研究期間中に海外留学や長期欠席などにより継続的な参加が困難と予測される者
認知行動的Diversity教育プログラムの内容に著しい抵抗感や不安を示した者
認知機能に著しい障害があると判断された者（例：重度の知的障害など）
その他、研究責任者が本研究への参加が不適切と判断した者

Individuals with prior experience in cognitive-behavioral-based education or training
Individuals expected to be unable to participate continuously due to study abroad or prolonged absence during the study period
Individuals who exhibit significant resistance or anxiety toward the content of the cognitive-behavioral diversity education program
Individuals judged to have significant cognitive impairments (e.g., severe intellectual disabilities)
Any other individuals deemed inappropriate for participation by the principal investigator
