機能性和菓子として開発された「希少糖添加水羊羹」の食後血糖上昇抑制効果の検証に必要な、ヒトを対象としたデータを得ることを目的とする。 アルロース添加水羊羹が対照水羊羹と比較して食後血糖上昇を抑制するか否かを検証するために、データを蓄積する。

The purpose of this study is to obtain data from human subjects to verify the suppressive effect on postprandial blood glucose of 'Mizu-yokan supplemented with rare sugar,' developed as a functional Japanese confectionery. The study aims to accumulate data to verify whether Mizu-yokan supplemented with allulose suppresses postprandial blood glucose elevation compared to a control Mizu-yokan.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
糖尿病、糖代謝異常、呼吸器疾患、慢性の消化器疾患（炎症性腸疾患、過敏性腸症候群、機能性ディスペプシア等）、腹部の手術歴、便通異常、血液疾患、食物アレルギーのいずれかの既往歴がある者。 BMIが25.0以上の者。 喫煙者、過度の飲酒習慣を有する者、妊娠・授乳中の者。 試験結果に影響する可能性のある医薬品、特定保健用食品、機能性表示食品、健康食品を日常的に摂取している者

Individuals with a history of diabetes, impaired glucose tolerance, respiratory diseases, chronic gastrointestinal diseases (inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome, functional dyspepsia, etc.), abdominal surgery, abnormal bowel movements, blood disorders, or food allergies. Individuals with a BMI of 25.0 or higher. Smokers, those with excessive alcohol consumption habits, and pregnant or lactating women. Individuals who routinely consume medications, Foods for Specified Health Uses (FOSHU), Foods with Function Claims, or health foods that may affect the study results
