日本語
病状早期の安定期COPD患者を対象に、予備的研究と無作為化対照試験を行い、高強度インターバルトレーニング実施による身体活動性、身体特性、心理面への短期、長期的効果について検証する。

A pilot study and a randomized controlled trial will be conducted in patients with stable COPD in the early stages of disease to examine the short- and long-term effects of implementing high-intensity interval training on physical activity, physical characteristics, and psychological aspects of the disease.

外来安定期COPD患者
過去１年間リハビリテーションの実施なし

Outpatients with stable COPD.
No rehabilitation in the past year.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1秒率≧70％、ｍMRC≧3、COPD以外の呼吸器疾患の合併、心疾患の合併、栄養状態不良（BMI＜18.5）、下肢整形外科疾患による歩行障害、担当医が不適切と判断、スマートホンまたはDVD視聴機器の操作が不可。

FEV1/FVC greater than 70%, mMRC greater than 3, concomitant respiratory disease other than COPD, concomitant cardiac disease, poor nutritional status (BMI < 18.5), gait disturbance due to lower limb orthopedic disease, deemed inappropriate by the physician in charge, inability to operate smart phones or DVD viewing devices.
