内視鏡画像診断支援システム（CAD EYE）に搭載された検出用上部内視鏡画像診断支援プログラム（EW10-EG02）を用い、頻度の低い以下の４種類のがんの性能（主に感度）を検証する。

Using the upper endoscopy image diagnosis support program (EW10-EG02) for detection installed in the endoscopic image diagnosis support system (CAD EYE), we will verify the performance (mainly sensitivity) of the following four rare types of cancer.

本学にて以下のがんもしくはがん疑い病変に対する上部消化管内視鏡検査を受ける予定のある患者
・放射線治療後の再発がん
・食道胃接合部がん/バレット上皮がん
・アカラシアの背景粘膜の中のがん
・ヘリコバクター・ピロリ未感染の未分化胃がん

Patients scheduled to undergo upper gastrointestinal endoscopy for the following cancers or suspected cancer lesions at our university

- Recurrent cancer after radiation therapy

- Esophagogastric junction cancer/Barrett's cell carcinoma

- Cancer in the mucosa behind achalasia

- Undifferentiated gastric cancer not infected with Helicobacter pylori

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
