①検索方法：
慢性的に複雑な医療的ケアのあるこどもの QOL をケア提供者がどのようにとらえているかを明らかにするために、網羅的に文献検索を行う。文献検索には、電子データベースである、PubMed、CINAHL、医中誌 Web 版 ver.5、CiNii を用いて、2025 年 6 月 20 日までの期間に報告された全ての文献について、「ケア提供者」「複雑な医療的ケア」「こども」「QOL」をキーワードとして検索を行う予定である。

②スクリーニング方法：
2 名の研究者がそれぞれ独立して、選定基準をもとに独立してスクリーニングを行い、採用論文を確定する。スクリーニングの評価が研究者間で異なる場合は、研究間の協議のもと採否を決定し、それでも意見が収束しない場合には、第 3 者との議論によって採否を決定する。

Data sources and search strategy
We will conduct a scoping review to identify how caregivers view QOL in children with medical complexity. This scoping review will be conducted using the electronic databases, PubMed, CINAHL, Medical Journal Web Edition ver. 5, and CiNii, with the keywords "medical complexity," "children," "caregivers," and "QOL" for all literature reported from inception to June 20, 2025.

Selection of studies in included studies
Two review authors will independently check to ensure that studies meet the inclusion criteria. Any discrepancies in study selection will be resolved by discussion or discussion with a third author.
